These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete legal agreement between you and js9. By creating an account or using any part of the js9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.

One Account Per Person

Your Own Payment Methods

Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

- "Account" means the individual registered account created by a player upon successful completion of the js9 registration process.
- "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered, or is attempting to register, an Account on js9.

- "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds which are subject to separate wagering conditions.

- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.

Eligibility & Registration
To open an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of your Account:

You must be at least 21 years of age. js9 operates a strict 21+ policy. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.
Single Account Policy
Each individual person may hold only one registered Account. Accounts are non-transferable. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. js9 reserves the right to merge or permanently close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
Accurate Information
You must provide complete, accurate, and current information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are required to notify js9 promptly of any change to your registered information. js9 may request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time.
Self-Exclusion Status
You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, voluntary cooling-off period, or third-party exclusion from online gaming services at the time of registration or at any point during your use of js9. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion arrangement is a serious breach of these terms.
Account Verification (KYC)
js9 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address dated within 90 days, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. js9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending verification at any time, including retrospectively.
Account Security
Credential Confidentiality
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. js9 staff will never ask you for your password, one-time passcode (OTP), or mobile wallet PIN via any channel.
Unauthorised Access
You must notify js9 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any suspected security breach. js9 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials or from your own negligent conduct.
Device Security
You are responsible for ensuring that the device used to access js9 is adequately protected against malware, keyloggers, and unauthorised physical access. js9 recommends enabling device screen locks and using the js9 two-step verification feature for enhanced Account security.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on js9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). js9 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer from supported Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit is ৳100 via bKash or Nagad, and ৳200 via Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer. Maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary depending on your Account verification status and payment method selected.
Own Funds Only
You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your js9 Account, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant funds pending investigation.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Standard processing time is 10–60 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and up to 24 hours for bank transfer withdrawals. js9 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000, which may extend processing time by up to 72 hours.
Withdrawal to Same Method
js9 applies an anti-money laundering policy requiring that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. Any remaining balance above that amount may be withdrawn to a verified alternative method at js9's discretion.
Transaction Fees
js9 does not charge processing fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside js9's control and responsibility.
Bonuses & Promotions
General Bonus Conditions
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by js9 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Real-money Balance is used first in all wagers. js9 reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage — live casino games and slots may carry different contribution rates.
Bonus Abuse
js9 actively monitors betting patterns for indicators of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. js9 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from abusive play and to close the associated Account.
One Bonus Per Offer
Each promotional offer is available to eligible players once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via multiple accounts or multiple payment methods is a breach of these terms.
Gameplay & Fair Play
All casino games and betting markets offered on js9 are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators independently audited by the respective game suppliers.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions: use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; exploitation of software bugs or errors; collusion with other players or js9 staff; match-fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event; and any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive conduct.
Void Bets and Game Errors
js9 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, data feed failure, or software malfunction has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account. js9 is not liable for any losses arising from system interruptions outside its direct control.
Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on js9. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. js9 reserves the right to adjust betting limits for individual players at its sole discretion, including applying lower limits without prior notice where irregular betting behaviour is detected.
Responsible Gaming
js9 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players through the Account dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, further real-money gameplay is suspended until the period resets or a new limit is applied.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen notifications at defined intervals (e.g., every 30 or 60 minutes) to remind you of the time elapsed during your gaming session.
- Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account or apply a long-term exclusion of up to 5 years. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
Account Suspension & Closure
js9's Right to Suspend
js9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or has evidence of: breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, provision of false registration information, or any other conduct that js9 considers harmful to the platform, its players, or its operational integrity.
Balance on Closure
If a legitimate Account is closed by js9 for reasons unrelated to a breach of these terms, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method within 5 business days. Where Account closure follows a breach investigation, balances may be withheld pending the outcome of that investigation.
Voluntary Closure
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting js9 support via the in-platform messaging system. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the relevant game or market rules. Remaining verified Balance will be paid out following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Intellectual Property
All content on the js9 platform, including but not limited to the js9 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphic elements, written content, software, and game interfaces (where owned by js9), is the exclusive intellectual property of js9 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the js9 platform without prior written consent from js9. Unauthorised use of js9's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, js9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the js9 platform or Services, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other economic loss.
js9's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Balance held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by js9's gross negligence.
js9 provides the platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. js9 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game results displayed prior to official settlement, or the fitness of the Services for any particular purpose.
Privacy & Data
The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the js9 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and js9 arising from or in connection with your use of the platform or these terms, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
Dispute Submission
Formal disputes must be submitted in writing to js9 via the in-platform support messaging system or by email to [email protected]. js9 will acknowledge your dispute within 2 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and aims to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
Finality of Game Results
Game and bet results as recorded in the js9 system are final once officially settled. In the case of any discrepancy between a result displayed on your device and the result recorded in the js9 server logs, the server log record shall prevail. js9 will provide server log evidence upon written request where a legitimate dispute exists.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Amendments to These Terms
js9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed change is material — for example, a change to withdrawal limits, bonus wagering requirements, or account eligibility rules — js9 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered contact method on your Account before the change takes effect.
Minor amendments, such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to reflect changes in payment provider names, may be made without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of js9 after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
